The Certified Transitions Lifestyle Coaches with In Health Now are located around the metropolitan area of Indianapolis, IN. If you are located in the greater Indianapolis area, we would be happy to meet with you person or over the phone to discuss your lifestyle intervention. We also coach individuals in other cities via the phone and internet. Don't let your distance get in the way of transitioning to a healthier you!

Anyone under the care of a physician will be required to have their physician sign a release form giving permission for them to participate in this program. In order to get started, you'll need to select one of the two options below. Depending upon your location, one of our consultants will contact you to make sure all your questions are answered.
